Get help building a sustainable content strategy
so you can scale your online platform, gain confidence and grow your business.
Not sure where to start with creating your own videos or podcast?
Tired of binge watching YouTube "how to..." videos as if content planning is a one size fits all?
Looking for a custom strategy to help you (finally) accomplish your goals?
All of the above?
With all noise out there, you know you need to be consistent in producing content if you want your business to grow.
You need to establish a solid foundation before you build your content.
But if you don't have an effective plan and strategy in place, you're going to burn out.
A lot of coaches will talk about the importance of a plan, but will do little to make sure your strategy has the legs to go the distance.
They might throw you a few tips and point you in the right direction, but not every coach will keep you accountable with your follow through.
My approach is different.
Here’s how.
PHASE ONE
In this phase, we'll do a deep assessment of your goals and why you want to produce content. We'll strategize how to position your content so it'll stand out in a saturated market.
PHASE TWO
In phase two, we'll hone in on your workflow. We'll dive into what kind of equipment you're using, what your current process looks like, brainstorm any potential bottlenecks and create a sustainable plan to get you to where you want to be. By the end of this phase, your plan will be ready to activate.
PHASE THREE
In this final phase, we'll tackle the importance of executing consistently and leading effectively. You'll leave our coaching session with a clear strategy, a sustainable plan, and the next steps you need to take to grow your business.
Who's the coach?
I'm Wesley Dean, video strategist and the podcast host behind No Fat Cats.
I have about a decade of experience producing videos for nonprofits, government organizations, churches and businesses. After a while I realized my work wasn't making the maximum impact that it could. It wasn't because the footage wasn't quality or that my editing was bad, but because there wasn't always a clear strategy for how those videos were going to be used.
What I found was that people needed help coming up with a plan more than they needed me to just produce stories that looked good.
If you don't have a clear plan and strategy in place, your videos won't make much of an impact.
The same is true if you want to start your own podcast.
When I started No Fat Cats, I had to critically think through why I wanted to produce the content in each episode. I found that to be extremely important because after the novelty of starting a podcast wore off, I needed those reasons to anchor me and get me to accomplish the goals I set.
That's what I want to walk you through in our coaching calls.
